TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We offer lifetime maintenance and repair for Gold & Diamonds depending on the damage conditions.Diamond, Precious Stone & Gold if added will be chargeable.

• Unused ornaments can be exchanged without losing making charge within 7 days of purchase. No cash refund is admissible. Custom made ornaments cannot be exchanged, and damage due to mishandling can only be repaired.

• Cash against Mubarack Jewellery gold will be as per prevailing policy of the showroom.

• The weight of stones may vary marginally however in all cases the stone weight shown in the bill will be considered, please retain the original bill.

• Customers have to submit the original bill and IGI card for service, buyback and exchange of diamond ornaments.

• All diamond ornaments are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).

• Diamond ornament’s service and buyback are based on the company policies.

• In order to sell gold / diamond ornaments, customer shall provide any identity profs as follows;

a) Electoral ID b) Adhaar Card C) Driving Licence d) Passport e) Pan Card etc…

• Pan card is mandatory for purchase / sale exceeding Rs. 2 lakhs

• Transactions exceeding Rs. 2 lakhs will only be accepted via cheque or bank transfer.

• Payments in excess of Rs. 10000 in case of buyback, shall be by way of account payee cheque only.

• Take necessary care to avoid damage to your precious ornaments.

• Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Calicut.
